4. You agree not to change the website javascript counter code.

5. Users acknowledge and agree that their website information may be utilized by us. We will not however sell your email address, deliver advertising to the visitors of your site or attempt to contact visitors to your site.

7. You agree to use our services at your own risk. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This obligation shall survive any termination of this agreement. Our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the services.

12. Once a yearly Website Stats subscription payment is made it is final, there will be no refunds unless our service is unavaliable for more than 60 consecutive days during your yearly subscription membership.

13. We own the data regarding visitors to your website that we collect. We will use the data in compliance with our privacy policy.
